Surprise Calibre Academy Reminders and Upcoming Events

As we approach the end of the month, Surprise Calibre Academy would like to remind parents and students of a few important details to ensure a smooth school day.

Firstly, please remember that cars should either drop off/pick up your student in the designated pick-up lane or park. Arriving early is discouraged as it can cause congestion and disrupt the pick-up process for other students. Additionally, we kindly request that you do not get in the pick-up line if you arrive before dismissal time to avoid backing up traffic.

Secondly, please note that Lil Colts/Ll Ponies will begin on Tuesday and run from Tuesday to Thursday this week due to the rain yesterday. Softball teams have games scheduled for Monday at 4:00 PM and Wednesday at 5:30 PM. Volleyball teams also have an away game on Monday at 4:30 PM and a home game on Thursday at 4:30 PM.

In terms of holidays, Surprise Calibre Academy will be closed from November 21-25 for Thanksgiving Break. We will also celebrate November birthdays on this day and encourage parents to drop off their donations, including water, granola bars, and turkey items, in the office by November 18th.

On Friday, November 18th, we have our annual Turkey Trot event, while on Wednesday, December lunch menus are due. Please refer to the school handbook for uniform guidelines, which allow students to wear their own school-appropriate clothes for $1 on designated days.

Lastly, don't forget that tomorrow, the Mustang cheerleaders will be participating in the Surprise Veterans Day parade starting at 10:00 AM at the Surprise Stadium. Tonight, we also have a special Veterans Day program at 5:00 PM in the gym.
